Single point eccetric gear transmission eccentric gear transmission can provide longer stroke length than crank press. The JS eccetric gear press has more powerful engergy than conventional crank press, which is more suitable for metal sheet drawing process. Separate type dry clutch and brake. Clutch block is changable for future maintenance. Clutch block clearance could be adjustable to ensure the service life more than 5 years. High strength alloy steel welded type gears. Geat teeth are grinded for lower noise. High speed gears are herringbone type. |
